He was predeceased by: his parents, Yahola Givens and Leona Givens (Harjo); and his siblings, Aggie Gouge, Stella Simpson and Joe Givens.
He is survived by: his children, Melody Givens of Muskogee, OK, Leota Givens of Moore, OK, Gabriel Givens of Norman, OK and Daniel Givens of Norman, OK; and his sisters, Norma Givens of Wetumka, OK, Joanne Wauahdooah of Norman, OK and Gwen Hummingbird of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
