She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lester Pack and Myrtle Lancaster Pack; her husband Leverett; and her siblings, Lewis Pack, Ethyl Wilcoxon, Bill Pack and Bertha Dyer.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Scholl (Scott) of Ninnekah; and her siblings, Finis Pack of Wetumka, Harvey Pack of Wetumka, Dee Pack of Wetumka and Joe Pack of Wetumka.
