She is survived by: her children, Julie Smith of Ada and Gary Smith of Wetumka; her husband David Smith of Wetumka; her grandchildren, Emilia Grimes (Will), Gregory Bailey (Haley) and Lexie Smith; her great grandchildren, Lenni Grimes and Georgia Grimes; and her cousin Tom Nunn (Deanne) of Edmond. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
