He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Clifton Williams and Fannie May Hampton Williams; the mother of his children Lilamaye Williams; his wife Lora Faye Williams; his son Billy Jack Williams; and his children-in-law, Gerald Partain and Shirley Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Nita Partain of Westville, Rita Fleig (Gary) of Westville, Carole Mallory (David) of Westville, Mike Williams of Westville and Ricky Williams (Darla) of Westville; and his siblings, Bobby Williams (Marian) of Westville and Betty Morris (Bud) of Westville. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to ALS Association, P. O. Box 37022, Boone, Iowa 50037-0022.
