She was predeceased by: her daughter Shonda Lockhart; her grandchildren, Victoria, Eber, Shyla, Grace, Ronnie, Taylor, Kaylea, Sydney, Lane and Lucy; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Liberty and Farrah; her parents, Jack Marler and Earlean Marler (Murphy) of Westville, Oklahoma.; and her sister Kathy.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Short; her children, Jack Marler (Tinker) of Little Kansas, Jill Lockhart of Springdale, Janet Hays (Kendall) of West Fork and Sarah Patino (Felix) of Ruston; and her siblings, Sue, Belinda, Letha, Joe and Sarah.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roberts & Hart Funeral Home (1428 Williams Ave, Westville, OK 74965). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Westville City Cemetery.
