He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Ratliff and Alice Ratliff (Black); and his siblings, Waylen, Dersey, Louis, Gary Ratliff, Zona Wood and Lyvone Sloan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gale Barker (Larry) of Winslow, Alesha Reed (Jake) of Joplin, Michaela Hensley (Marvin) of Pea Ridge, Kelley Bill (Michael) of Avoca and Christine Kelly of Prairie Grove; his siblings, Dow Ratliff of Fayetteville, Samantha Wilson (Greg) of Lavaca and Delorse Dea (Richard) of Ellington; and his grandchildren, Stacey, Lindsey, Tiffany, Paul, Clay, Kaylin and Gunner. He is also survived by relatives and many friends.
