He is survived by: his son Ballard Green; his father Ron Turner; his stepmother Karen Turner; and his siblings, Kristina Turner, Jessica Shumar, Johnathan Gaertner, Sarah Haney, Philip Gaertner, Matthew Gaertner and Joshua Turner. He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews.
