She was predeceased by: her parents, Fleet Guinn and Martha Guinn; her husband Jack Fourkiller; her granddaughter Mercedes Gallardo; and her sister Judy Dye.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Fourkiller Cook (Terry) of Westville, Dena Kay Gallardo (Guadalupe) of Westville and Michael Fourkiller of Monett, Missouri; her grandchildren, Auda Orman, Lisa Orman, Zack James, Ramona Gallardo and Maria Gallardo; her great grandchildren, Jasper Orman and Sophia Orman; and her siblings, Gary Guinn (Debbie) of Westville, Nita Guinn of Westville and Glenda Dozier (Tim) of Siloam Springs.
