She is survived by: her husband Danny Clyde Curtis; her stepchild Danya Curtis; her granddaughter Tru Joi; her sister Iva Girdner Hume; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Girdner, Ivan Hembree and Charlie Neale. She is also survived by nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews.
She departed this life at the age of 69 years, on January 15, 2021 at Stilwell Memorial Hospital after a difficult battle with the Covid-19 virus.
