He is survived by: his wife Gail; his sons, Nicolas Stice (Sonya) of Westville and Philip Stice (Hannah) of Herrick; his grandchildren, Leah, KyLynn, Gideon, Jericho, Silas and Esther; his mother Freda of Tulsa; and his siblings, Jimmy Stice of Owasso, Timmy Stice of Sand Springs, Cheryl Evans of Tulsa and Kimberly Judy of Tulsa. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
