He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Ball and Bernice Ball; and his sisters, Viola, Betty and Bonny Jo.
He is survived by: his sister Virginia Jordan of Pryor Creek, Oklahoma; and his children, Rick of Baron, Jackie of Springdale, Arkansas and Lisa of Baron, Oklahoma. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
