She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Tomlinson and Nancy Stevenson Tomlinson; her husband Duane Carter; and her siblings, Nancy Lucille Tomlinson and Jerry Tomlinson.
She is survived by: her children, Iris McCool (Charles Westville), Carter (Michelle), Lucy Peintner (Dustin Wichita) and Ginger; her brothers, Billy Tomlinson, Sonny Tomlinson and Paul Tomlinson; and her grandchildren, Courtney, Olivia, Daniel, Alyssa, Grant and Coby. She is also survived by Several Great Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews, other relatives and many friends.
