He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Chadwell and Pauline Chadwell; his siblings, Lilbern Chadwell and Oleta McCoy; and his grandchild Jordan Harris.
He is survived by: his children, Deanna Akin, Kayla Chadwell, Todd Chadwell, Cyndi Harris and Justin Chadwell; his sister Juanita Davenport; and his grandchildren, Sam Akin, Jessie Akin, Nathan Chadwell, Britini Davis, Brooklyn Watson, Gunner Harris, Ryleigh Harris, Kiah Harris, Connor Harris, Sara Chadwell and Jerimiah Chadwell. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roberts & Hart Funeral Home (1428 Williams Ave, Westville, OK 74965). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Old Baptist Mission Cemetery.
