He was predeceased by: his parents, Farnice Womack and Hazel Womack (Judd). He is survived by: his wife Maryetta Womack (Edler); his children, Brian Womack of Westville, Joseph (Rhonda Womack) of Cincinnati, Kevin (Stephanie Womack) of Westville, Oklahoma and Sandy Womack of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his siblings, Gary (Thelma Womack) of Altus, Oklahoma and Dianna Martin of Elk City, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Brayden, Shania, Cole, Alex, Cody, Meagan and Dalton; and his great grandchildren, Leighton, Aspen, Lilly, Revin, Nicholas, Charlie, Leon and Rhett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
