He is survived by: his parents, Clinton Neeley and Ethel Pauline Allcorn Neeley; his son Clinton Duane Neeley, Jr.; his wife Wetonya of Tulsa; his daughters, Annette Neeley (Danny Compton) of Welch and Peggy Trisler of Tulsa; and his brothers-in-law, Benny Letterman of Welch and Bruce Letterman of Tulsa.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made the American Cancer Society in Clinton's honor.
