He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Freeze and Verna Freeze (Ellison). He is survived by: his wife Anna Faye Freeze of Welty; his sons, Wilbur D. Freeze and Calvin Gene Freeze (Yvonne) of Welty; his siblings, Jesse Freeze of Paden, Ronald Freeze of Paden and Louella Herndon of Chandler; and his grandchildren, Laramy Freeze (Kassi), Victoria Freeze and Kayla Jones (Will).
