She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim and Ethel; her husband Bob Kalka; and her siblings, Roland Welch, Jay Welch, Bobby Welch, Dorthy Welch, Imogene Franklin, Earl Welch and Edgar Welch.

She is survived by: her children, Pamela June Humphries (Richard) of South Carolina, Judy Kay Smith (David) of Prague, Bobby Albert Kalka of Chandler and Jimmy Allen Kalka (Shana) of Davenport; her grandchildren, Bryan Smith, Steven Smith, Kendra Humphries, Sierra Kalka, Makayla Kalka, Jimmie Gail Kalka, Jeb Kalka, Morgan Yarborough and Cade Grant; and her sister Edith Phipps.
