He was predeceased by: his parents, Clecil Evans and Bertha Evans (Danker); his stepmother June Osborn; and his siblings, Jennifer Fowler, Iris Christy and Roy Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Evans (Russell); his children, Kim Evans of Stigler, Darla Steffenson (Robert) of Wellston, Regina James (Donald) of Chandler and Charles Russell (Stephanie) of Wellston; and his siblings, Kathryn Olds of Edmond, Marvin Evans (Deanna) of Wellston, Larry Evans (Donna) of Chandler and Karen Springer (Harold) of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by grandchildren; (11) great-grandchildren.
