With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sammy Mooney (Wellston, Oklahoma), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 24, 2018 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Mooney and Virgie Mooney (Beckham); his stepmother Annie Mooney; and his brother Robbie Mooney. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mooney (Marcum); his children, Steve Mooney (Paula) of Edmond and Tina (Tommy Ferencich) of Wellston; his grandchildren, Ashley, Cody, Christopher (Samantha), Caitlin and Christa; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Jordan, Bane and Benjamin.
