He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Speer and Lenna Speer (Cowan); his children, Deborah Milam, Curtis Speer and Paula Mullendore; his siblings, Betty Pearson, Geneva Coons and Harold Speer; his granddaughter Nicole Speer; and his son-in-law Jerry Mullendore.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Speer; his daughter Karen Wiley (Andy) of Moore; his sisters, Linda Vickers of New Mexico, Joan Stanley of California and Janice Kincannon of Ada; and his pet Louie. He is also survived by grandchildren, (22) great-grandchildren, (3) great-great-grandchildren.
