He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his mother Carol of Tulsa; his brother Chuck of Tulsa; and his daughters, Stefanie (Jimmy Judd) of Wellston, Jessica (Eddy Fuentes) of Wellston and Jacy (Alex Vasquez) of Oklahoma City.
