He is survived by: his children, Jason Talley of Stroud, Bradley Talley (Amber), Sarah Hoots (Robert), Allison Talley and Aaron Talley (Lexie); his grandchildren, Ethan Hoots, Devin Hoots, Josie Hoots, Bradley Albert Talley and Langston Talley; his brothers, Tom Talley of Wellston, Dale Bell (Marilyn) and Don Bell of Lindsay; and his brother-in-law Mike Polach.
