He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Leroy and Mildred Mae Blocker (Beier). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Cartledge; his children, Katina (Kenneth Warnock) and Jefferey Blocker (Becky); his stepson Michael Cartledge (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Matthew Warnock, Jacob Warnock, Aiden Cartledge, Keane Cartledge and Kiersten Cartledge; and his great grandchild Colt Warnock. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
