He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis, Sr. and Lucille Johnson (Forbes); his former wife Jennifer Fowler (Evans); his siblings, Patricia Sanders and William "Butch" Fowler; and his niece Beverley Sanders.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Fowler (Stein); his daughter Carla Snider (Bill) of Wellston; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Caitlin, Brandon, Kelson, Madison, Lindsey and Tristan; his great grandchild Hunter of Jaxson; his nephew Willard of Chuck; and also Radeana Rumpl (Tony) of Luther.
