She was predeceased by: her mother Pamela Jo Mackey; her grandparents, Bonita and Calvin Mackey; and her father-in-law Leonard Leafty. She is survived by: her sister Rana; her husband Johnny Leafty; her children, Johnny Leafty (Kelly), Kaylynn White (Dakoda) and Dallas Walton (Dallas); her grandson Walker; her mother-in-law Beverly Ann Leafty; and her grandparents, Venita and Ronald Shaw. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lehman Funeral Home (334501 U. S. Rt. 66, Wellston, OK 74881). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wellston High School Gym (308 E 6th St, Wellston, OK 74881). A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Rossville Cemetery (Hwy 177 and E990 Rd, Rossville, Oklahoma).
