She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Jumper and Minnie Jumper (Handle); her brothers, Frankie Lee Jumper, Russell Jumper, Buster Jumper, Willie Jumper Jr., Ed Jumper and Jerry Jumper; her son-in-law Dennis Page; and her sister Lillie Mae Hess.

She is survived by: her close friend Dugan McLemore; her children, Carl Joe Rossignol Sr. and Rhoda Page of Broken Arrow, OK; her siblings, Rocky Jumper (Melissa) of Little Kansas, OK, Mary Jo Jumper of Rocky Ford, OK, Alice Sue Wilder (Brian) of Inola, OK, Carol Dunn of Tahlequah, OK. and Sandra Whitecrow of Tahlequah, OK.; her grandchildren, Eli Page, Aaron Page, Carl Rossignol and Lilly Rossignol; and her great grandchild Kaiyzen Dennis Page. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
