He is survived by: his wife Mary Hammons; his siblings, Doyle Hammons (Gayle) of Catoosa, OK, Paula Hammons and Bear of Billings, MT; his children, Jeff Hammons of Tulsa, OK and Sonya Douglas of Heber Springs, AR; his grandchildren, Trent Harlan (Natalie) of Romance, AR, Taylor Peppers (Ben) of Romance, AR, Reva Worsley of Tulsa, OK and Dean Worsley of Tulsa, OK; his great grandchildren, Avery Harlan, Riley Jo Harlan, Kynady Peppers, McKynli Peppers and Bynson Peppers; his nieces, Brandi, Risa, Stephanie, Leslie and Autumn; his nephew David; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashlyn, Layla, Hollie, Brady, Skylar, Bobby and Cody; and his pets, Gump and Star.
