He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Bush (Bullett) and Tom Bush; his children, Jerry Thomas Bush, Jr. and Donna Bush; and his brothers, Donald Bush, Tim Bush, Nelson Bush, Dee Bush and Jackie Bush.
He is survived by: his close friend Carol Owen; his children, Carol Chambers of Fort Gibson, OK, Regina Ward of Tahlequah, OK and J. T. "Joe" Bush (Lisa); his sister Phyllis Edwards of Marble City, OK; his grandchildren, Valerie Chambers Coble, Ethan Chambers, Logan Bush, Mason Bush, Rylee Bush, Amber Owen, Shalia Ward, Dylan Ward and Jamie St. Pierre; and his great grandchildren, Conlee Adair, Abby Chambers, Ruby Adair, Whitlee Chambers, Jaden Owen, Nova Garrison and Colton Johnson. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
