She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas Johnson and Norma Jean Johnson (VanMeter); her husband Butch Sullivan; and her siblings, Carolyn Page and James Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Ron Sullivan (Susan) of Weleetka, Melissa Stubbs (Rocky) of Weleetka and Lester Sullivan (April) of Henryetta; her grandchildren, Tiffany Sullivan, Leslie Sullivan, Ron Michael Sullivan (Dixie), Andrew Stubbs (Haley), Briahna Kincade, Nathan Sullivan (Megan Peavler), Makenna Stubbs, Tylor Sullivan, Bethany Sullivan and Brooke Sullivan; her great grandchildren, Seth Michael Sullivan, Legend Kincade, Levi Kincade, Laynee Kincade and Owen Sullivan; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Salyers (David) of Tulsa, Arline Johnson of Tulsa, Jerry Page Sr. of Hitchita and George Sullivan of Tulsa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives.
