With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Neil Ray Winn (Weleetka, Oklahoma), who passed away on April 8, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Winn and Lillie Winn (Moss); and his son Richard. He is survived by: his wife Annetta Wheat; his children, Terri Winn of Weleetka, Debbie Suiter (Kenny) of Morris, Doug Winn of Weleetka and Calvin Winn (Melinda) of Weleetka; and his siblings, Bill Winn of Weleetka, John Winn (Sandra) of Weleetka and Susie Collins of Weleetka. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, along with several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
