He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Kenneth Kramer (Bob) of Henryetta and Vivian Vanita Kramer (Day); his sister Sue; his children, Lori Rhinehart of Wetumka, Sharon Bycko (Witek) of Edmond and Leroy Kramer, Jr. (Jennifer) of Wylie, TX; and his brothers, Robert Richard Kramer (Sylvia) of Henryetta and Glen Donald Kramer of Henryetta. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, along with several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
