He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lester Pack and Myrtle Lee Pack (Lancaster); his sons, Delane and Michael Dee Pack; his grandchildren, Jacob Pack and Stephanie Pack Jarvis; and his siblings, Lewis, Bertha, Dorothy, Ethal, Joe, Finis and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Coleena Pack; his grandchildren, Michael, Sharon, Joshua, Robert and Ronald; and his adoptive daughter Patsy Morphis of Cromwell. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
