She is survived by: her husband John; and her siblings, John Ivey of Jay, Okla., Nellene Hood of Welch, Elwanda Head of Wichita, Glenda Williams of Barnsdall and Phyllis Duncan of Yuma, Ariz.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
