He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Junie, Osval "Shag" Spears and Elzie Adams. He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Spears (Carol) of Webbers Falls and Martha Adams; his daughters, Elizabeth Spears and Rebecca Spears of Jay, OK; his grandmother Elizabeth Adams of Webbers Falls; and his siblings, Joe Spears (Catherine), Nikki McCraw (Michael), Amy Gilley (Bobby), Tiffany Peters (Brian) and Crissy Reed. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
