It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruthie Tipken (Webbers Falls, Oklahoma), born in Stroud, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 15, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marie Ingram and Dave Stephens; her husband Clifford "Tip" Tipken; and her children, Debbie Hammond (Joe), Ruth Ann Eckhardt, Sonny Tipken (Arlena) and Polly Turley. She was also cherished by nine Grandkids, fifteen Great Grandkids, one Great Great Grandchild, three Sisters, three Brothers and a host of Nieces, Nephews, other Family members and Friends.
