It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel (Taylor) Noe of Webbers Falls, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maudie Taylor (Allen) and Lemmie Taylor; her husband Harold Noe; and her siblings, Elizabeth Parks, Lois Wright, Mae Dearman and James Taylor.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Lee Noe (Carolyn), Larry J. Noe (Barbara) and Jack H. Noe of Salinas, CA; and her siblings, Jewell Griggs of Waldron, AR, Bonnie Breshears of Mt. Ida, AR and Ray Taylor of San Bernardino, CA. She is also survived by four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
