He was predeceased by: his parents, Glee Webb and Floris Webb (Fuller); his wife Linda Webb (Laymon); his daughter Tammy Sue Webb; his grandson John Taylor Lomon; and his siblings, Margaret Bales, Fern Chrysler, Wilma Coppin, Charlene Ferguson, Virgil Webb, Stanley Webb and Paul Earl Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie Lomon (Thomas McNeely), Quinton Webb (Rene') of Webbers Falls and Russell Webb of Ozark, AR; his grandchildren, Cody Barrett of Webbers Falls, Rusty Barrett of Gore, Jake Webb (Clorissa) of Ft Gibson, Taner Webb (Lacie) of Webbers Falls, Krystal Turley (Corey) of Ozark, AR and Logan Webb (Gayla) of Ozark, AR; his great grandchildren, Destiny Smith, Virgil Webb, James Webb, Rocky Greenfield, Ryder Webb, Clyde Webb, Taylor Warrior, Tradin Warrior, Corey Turley, Jet Turley, Jacob Tolbert, Sam Tolbert and Max Tolbert; his siblings, Pebble Herriman (J. B.) of Webbers Falls and Homer Webb (Judy) of Muskogee; and his sisters-in-law, Marie Layton of Claremore, Pat Webb of Muskogee and Loretta Webb of Tahlequah. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
