He was predeceased by: his parents, Gracie Joetta Shamblin (Chisum) and James Connie Shamblin; and his brothers, Chester Shamblin and Keith Shamblin. He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Weiss (Monty), Rena Shamblin Hill (Frank), Carolina Locust (Thomas, Jr.), Donna Burchette (Tanya David) of Jewell, KS, Jack of Ft. Smith, AR, Shirley of Vian, OK and James E. Shamblin of Sallisaw, OK. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
