He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Marie Roe (Moore) of Turkey Creek, LA; his wife Alva Roe (Hitchcock); his children, Stephanie Roe (Tim) and Randon Roe (Nicole); and his siblings, Kenneth Roe (Sandra), Don Roe (Sue), Floyd Roe, Jr. (Becky), Steven Roe (R. D. Roe) of Columbus, OH, Phyllis Crystal of Cushing, OK, Shirley Williams (Ken), Anita Wheeler (Wayne) and Emma Roe (Keeley). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
