He is survived by: his daughters, Gayleen Downs (Mike) of Ozark, MO and Paula Downs of Sapulpa; his significant other Carol Collins of Wagoner; his grandchildren, David Downs, Rheannon Barra and Shelby Downs; his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Tyler, Piper and Fayden; and his brother Van Cowan (Shinja) of Norman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
