She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim D. Carter and Jessie Carter; her siblings, Willodean, Christine, Melvina Carter, Harvey, Charlie, Cleo and Eual "Bully" Carter; her daughter Carolyn Woodard; and her granddaughter Megan Ritchey.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica Wann of Donna Melton and Bill Pearce (Beverly); her brother James Carter (Mary) of Lena Risley; her grandchildren, Jennifer Barker (James), Amie Perry (Brent), Clinton Mullins, Aaron Melton (Amanda), Natalie Morton (Ethan) and Bobby Wann; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Hunter, Jacob, Christian, Zachary, Zadie, Gabriel, Gunner, Dalton, KaraLyn, MaLeah, Jesse, Corie and Ransom.
