He was predeceased by: his son Todd Alan Waggoner. He is survived by: his parents, Murrell Waggoner and Edith Waggoner (Powers); his spouse Eleanore M. Hammond; his daughter Edith Ruth (Lyle L. Miller); and his granddaughter Laine Elise Miller of Texas.
