He is survived by: his wife Janet Smith; his children, Sonja Doyle (Matthew), Dennis Shaw (Jennifer), Koben Smith (Mary), Jason Shaw and Bryan Smith; and his siblings, Pam Edwards, Janie Gibbons (Richard), Tim Smith (Denise) and Michael Smith (Jana). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
