It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lee Penner of Weatherford, Oklahoma, born in Clinton, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 27, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee and Clara Mae Penner (Penny); his siblings, Glenda Briesch, Dorothy Pieper, Mike Penner and Art Penner; and his daughter Carol Patterson.

He is survived by: his wife Leona Echols; his children, Laura Hopper (Mike) of Weatherford, Jana Hodge (Dean) of Moore and Robby Penner (Tori) of Fay; his brother Garry Penner (Donna) of Weatherford; his sister-in-law Darlene Moore of Fayetteville, TN; and also, Karen Mason (Jim) of Roosevelt, OK and Chuck Franz of Weatherford, OK.. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
