He was predeceased by: his father Ray Leroy. He is survived by: his mother Twila Janet Hart (Bordwine) of Hydro; his wife Minnie Mae Luttrell; his daughter Mandi Lathers (Russ) of Arkansas City, KS; his siblings, Kelvin Hart (Janell) of Hydro and Lanette Austin (Bill) of Hydro; his half-sister Judy Powell of Texas; and his grandchildren, Dailey and Reaghan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
