She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hoerman and Ada "Nelia" Cornelia Hoerman (Galloway); her husband Richard Harvey Bell; and her brother John Hoerman. She is survived by: her sons, Todd Bell of Calumet, OK, Tadd Bell and Jeff Bell of Yukon, OK. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
