He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Arthur and Viada Woods (Young); his brother Harry; his granddaughter Emily; and his great grandchild Conner.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette Woods; his children, John Woods Jr. (Deana), Ben Woods (Eliza), Paul Woods (Sam) and Roxanne Woods (Louie Vargus); his siblings, George Woods (Kathy), Robert Woods (Paula), Barbara Chester (Glendon) and Mary Ulrich (Tom); and his sister-in-law Carol Woods (Harry). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
