He is survived by: his sons, Richard Phillips (Dacia) of Clinton and Jon Phillips (Becky) of Shallowater; his grandchildren, Trevor Franklin, Jacob Phillips, Payton Phillips, Chase Phillips, Grant Phillips (Susan) and Ashton Phillips; and his great grandchild Decker Phillips.
