He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Lowing and Willie Lowing. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Lowing (Jainene), Steve Walters (Kim), Kenneth Walters (Deborah), Donna Harrelson (Joe), Sheila Koch (Rick), Tammy Leblanc (Kirk) and Deborah Coleman (James).
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fisher Funeral Home Chapel (604 W Main St, Denison, TX 75020).
