She is survived by: her husband Dean Bouma of Weatherford; her children, Denise Lester (Wally) of Carlsbad, NM, Debra Simmons (Roger) of Carlsbad, NM, Danita McCormick (James) of Carlsbad, NM, Diane Bouma of Corn, OK and Namen Bouma (Christi) of Weatherford, OK; her sister Eileen Church of Bennett, CO; her uncle Jacob Baluska; and her cousin Joann Ketchum of Cheyenne, WY. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
